Hi, just wondering if the Phone SM libraries need to be build for x86/x64/ARM for Windows 8.1 and Windows Phone 8.1 or it works in AnyCPU configuration as well?
I'm unsure because the HlsPlayer.2013 solution has no AnyCPU configuration, but almost all projects use AnyCPU even when built for ARM/x86.

Take a look at "Build" -> "Configuration Manager...". The stuff that gets built is based on what is configured there, not on matching configuration names between the solution platform and project's platform. Most of the projects are not platform specific, so building them only once for AnyCPU takes 1/3 the time and disk space of building them for each hardware platform. IIRC, only the apps themselves need to be platform-specific.
